Having once presumably dethroned the wicked Warlock King in his books, Ecco, his new friend Kevin, and the boy's gang of roughhousing miscreants, must now set Meridia and the world's other civilizations free from the Easterlas Council's regime, and ultimately depose the tyrannical Colossus Belga through subversive means.
