DEFINITIONS

WEBSITE: WEBSITE includes Fables.pro, its sub-domains, the platform as a whole, and all related Services provided within.

FABLES: FABLES refers to the organization that owns and operates as Fables.pro, the community it represents, and all its authorized Officers, employees, and agents.

USERS: The term USER hereby refers to anyone utilizing the platform at Fables.pro and its sub-domains. For the purpose of these Terms of Service, the term USERS does not differentiate between individuals who have an account and those who do not. Both are included in this definition.

CREATORS: CREATOR are individuals with accounts used to publish their artistic creations, known as Series and Episodes. They own their artwork, writings, and content. These individuals have agreed to give Fables.pro permission to publish their work on the platform.

TOS: TOS refers to these Terms of Service and all content herein.

CONTENT: Any submitted material displayed and published by Fables and its platform. CONTENT includes any artwork, comic strips, promo images, etc. It also contains comments and opinions shared within the platform, either owned by FABLES, USERS, or CREATORS.

SUBMISSIONS: Any content such as artwork, comic strip, promo images, comments, opinions, etc. submitted to FABLES for publishing on WEBSITE by either USERS or CREATORS. SUBMISSIONS are considered as any content not released to the public, such as any draft stored on the WEBSITE.

TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms outline the agreement between you, your team, and FABLES which includes our affiliates. They cover your use of the WEBSITE, SUBMISSIONS, and CONTENT uploaded to fables.pro (the "WEBSITE") and our services. This includes publishing comics/graphic novels and the promotion of them. The services also include the management of your fans and brand. Any new features added to the WEBSITE and services will also be subject to these terms.

YOUR CONSENT

Welcome to Fables.pro!

WEBSITE is a premier comic publishing platform designed to present CONTENT as envisioned by its CREATORS.

FABLES offers publishing and community management services on the WEBSITE to you, referred to as the CREATORS, subject to the following TOS. FABLES also offers CONTENT to be consumed by you, hereby referred to as USERS, subject to the following TOS as well. By using or visiting the WEBSITE, including all CONTENT available through the WEBSITE domain (including its sub-domains), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS, as well as the terms of Fables' Privacy Policy provided on the WEBSITE. If you agree to these TOS, please continue using the WEBSITE. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using the WEBSITE or contact a FABLES representative for clarification.

DESCRIPTION OF WEBSITE

FABLES is a Publishing Service that serves as a web-based platform where you can publish, promote, and share your content on the WEBSITE for you to reach and maintain your audience. It also gives you access to CONTENT from other USERS. Please note that the WEBSITE is provided as is, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use. Therefore, we are not responsible for the availability, timeliness, security, or reliability of the WEBSITE.

The TOS applies to all USERS of the WEBSITE, including CREATORS who contribute CONTENT. The WEBSITE may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by FABLES. FABLES isn't responsible for the content or practices of these third-party websites and doesn't censor them. Using the WEBSITE, you release FABLES from any liability related to third-party websites or from the CONTENT created by CREATORS. We recommend reading the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of any website you visit outside of the WEBSITE.

ACCESS TO WEBSITE

FABLES grants USERS and CREATORS permission to use the WEBSITE according to these TOS, with the following conditions:

• You can only use the WEBSITE for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with FABLES. CREATORS are authorized to publish their work and conduct related business activities on the WEBSITE. However, using WEBSITE to promote any other type of business is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by FABLES. (ie. Promoting your Patreon or Kickstarter is acceptable. Promoting other businesses such as a pottery shop or consultation services as examples are not permitted.)

• You can't copy or share any part of the WEBSITE without permission from FABLES, except for your copyrighted material if you're the CREATOR or if you have expressed written consent from the CONTENT’s owner.

• You can't change any part of the WEBSITE except as needed to use it correctly or as intended by the WEBSITE functionality, and you must follow all the terms and conditions outlined in these TOS.

Anonymous access to the WEBSITE allows outsiders to read comics that may have been shared via social media or other means. This is an opportunity for these individuals to access the WEBSITE and discover a new series they may enjoy. However, anonymous visits will have significant restrictions on what type of action they may take on the WEBSITE. Anonymous visitors must comply with all conditions within the TOS.

To access all features of the WEBSITE, you need to create an account. You can't use another USERS’ account without permission and must provide accurate information when creating your account. You're responsible for any activity on your account, so keep your password secure. If there's any unauthorized use, notify FABLES immediately. While FABLES isn't responsible for losses from unauthorized account use, you might be liable for FABLES' or others' losses if the loss is due to negligence.

You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "AI," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., that accesses the WEBSITE in a manner that is not representative of intended use, or in any attempt to harvest content from the WEBSITE. Notwithstanding the preceding, FABLES permits the operators of public search engines to use spiders to copy materials from the WEBSITE to create publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. FABLES reserves the right to revoke these exceptions generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the WEBSITE, nor to use the communication system provided by the WEBSITE for any commercial solicitation purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any USERS of the WEBSITE or CREATORS concerning their CONTENT.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content on the WEBSITE is owned by or licensed to FABLES, and such CONTENT is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. CREATORS who submit CONTENT for the WEBSITE grant FABLES a publishing license to display their CONTENT on the WEBSITE as per these TOS. This license to publish on the WEBSITE does not transfer any ownership to the CONTENT nor any copyrights from CREATORS to FABLES.

FABLES CONTENT and USER CONTENT on the WEBSITE are provided AS IS for your personal use only. You may not utilize any CONTENT for any other purposes without the written consent of its respected owner.

FABLES reserves all rights not expressly granted. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any CONTENT for commercial purposes other than as allowed here, including USERS and CREATOR SUBMISSION and CONTENT unless you have permission to do so by the CONTENT’s owner. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive license to access and use the WEBSITE. You can't frame the WEBSITE without FABLES' consent. If you download or print a copy of the CONTENT for personal use, you must retain all copyright, permissions, and other proprietary notices to do so. You agree not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the WEBSITE or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any CONTENT or enforce limitations on the use of the WEBSITE or the CONTENT.

CREATORS & USERS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

In addition to the rights mentioned in the TOS, you allow FABLES to use the images and CONTENT you've uploaded for our WEBSITE to be published as intended. We may also ask for your permission to use your designs and/or CONTENT to market and promote the WEBSITE, such as in flyers, brochures, websites, and social media. You may refuse this request freely and without consequences. If you agree, this permission extends to allowing us to share these rights with third parties, like a printing company for a brochure or social media representatives, to meet our marketing purposes only as agreed with you in advanced.

It is important to note that the WEBSITE also comes equipped with a Share feature which allows USERS to share CREATORS CONTENT to others via messaging or social media through a direct link back to WEBSITE. By using the WEBSITE and submitting your CONTENT, you hereby agree that the Share feature will remain active and that your CONTENT may be shared as such. However, any direct saving, copying, or alteration of any kind of the CONTENT while being shared is strictly prohibited. Only the direct link to the WEBSITE back to your CONTENT is permitted through the Share feature.

FABLES INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

FABLES and its affiliates or licensors own the copyrights and other rights to the WEBSITE, including software, audio, video, text, and photos (excluding your CONTENT which is licensed to us for publication and fair use). Any rights not explicitly granted are reserved. You agree not to copy, modify, or create derivative works from the WEBSITE. You also agree not to use any automated tools to copy content from the WEBSITE. Our rights cover the WEBSITE itself and all associated software and CONTENT.

PUBLISHER CONDITIONS

By sharing CONTENT through WEBSITE, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to follow these TOS and abide by all relevant laws and regulations. If you disagree with these conditions, please refrain from using the WEBSITE or Services. In case of any conflict between these TOS, Privacy Policy, and Content Policy, these TOS will take precedence.

USERS & CREATORS SUBMISSIONS

The WEBSITE allows USERS to submit various types of electronic CONTENT, known as SUBMISSIONS, which may be hosted, shared, and/or published at FABLES' discretion on WEBSITE. FABLES doesn't guarantee confidentiality for any SUBMISSIONS, whether published or not.

You are responsible for your SUBMISSIONS, including comments, pictures, artwork, comic strips, promo images, thumbnails, statements, and copyrighted material. By completing a SUBMISSION, you affirm that you have the rights and permissions for FABLES to use the SUBMISSIONS outlined in these TOS. You grant FABLES a license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your CONTENT on the WEBSITE. This license ends when you remove your CONTENT from the WEBSITE. You also acknowledge that FABLES may retain server copies of removed SUBMISSIONS and CONTENT for historical and legal purposes.

You hereby also agree to:

• Take responsibility for your SUBMISSIONS and CONTENT, including any copyrighted material or third-party rights.

• Not post false or harmful material, solicitations, or impersonate others.

• Recognize that FABLES isn't responsible for SUBMISSIONS or CONTENT accuracy, safety, or intellectual property rights, and waive any legal claims against FABLES regarding them.

You can link to WEBSITE materials for personal, non-commercial use only unless related to the standard business of your CONTENT, and FABLES can discontinue any and/or all aspect of the WEBSITE at any time.

With respect to SUBMISSIONS and CONTENT, the posting USERS & CREATORS retain ownership and copyrights of such CONTENT at all times providing that they own it to begin with.

In connection with SUBMISSIONS and CONTENT, you further agree that you will:

• Not publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage FABLES and WEBSITE or any third party;

• Not submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;

• Not post advertisements or solicitations of business other than those related to any approved CONTENT;

• Not to impersonate another person. FABLES does not endorse any USERS or CREATORS SUBMISSIONS, CONTENT or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and FABLES expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with USERS & CREATORS SUBMISSIONS and CONTENT.

• FABLES does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringing intellectual property rights on the WEBSITE. FABLES will remove all CONTENT and SUBMISSIONS if properly notified that such CONTENT infringes on another's intellectual property rights. FABLES reserves the right to remove CONTENT and SUBMISSIONS without prior notice. FABLES will also terminate a USERS' access to the WEBSITE if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. FABLES also reserves the right to decide whether CONTENT or SUBMISSIONS is appropriate and complies with these TOS for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property laws, such as, but not limited to obscene or defamatory material. FABLES may remove such SUBMISSIONS and CONTENT and/or terminate a USERS' access for uploading such material in violation of these TOS at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

• The WEBSITE displays CONTENT using three different viewer ratings: General, Mature, and Adult. Therefore, USERS may not lie about their age and date of birth to prevent Adult CONTENT from being distributed to minors. SUBMISSIONS with mature content must flag the CONTENT as mature without exception or risk of CONTENT removal and/or account suspension. The same applies for any CONTENT rated for Adult (18+) as it must be flagged appropriately.

Furthermore,

• You understand that when using the WEBSITE, you will be exposed to USERS & CREATORS CONTENT from a variety of sources and that FABLES is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such USERS & CREATORS CONTENT. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to USERS & CREATORS CONTENT that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against FABLES with respect thereto and agree to indemnify and hold FABLES, its Owners/Operators, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the WEBSITE.

• FABLES permits you to link to materials on the WEBSITE for personal, non-commercial purposes only, except as authorized for standard approved CONTENT work. In addition, FABLES reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the WEBSITE at any time.

Please note that any CONTENT created by or in part by, the use of any AI system is strictly prohibited. AI systems create content by garnishing artistic work of others without permission. Therefore, the use of this CONTENT is hereby prohibited on WEBSITE and USERS and/or CREATORS that submit such work may have their CONTENT removed, and/or be suspended from use of WEBSITE with or without prior notice at FABLES discretion.

Fables retains the right to revisit and change its AI Content Policy at any time should the standard garnishing practices used by the AI industry should change or for any other reasons.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT PROCEDURE

• In particular, if you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any USERS and/or CREATORS SUBMISSIONS or CONTENT infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing;

FABLES designated Copyright Agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement is Jay (at) fables (dot) pro. You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the requirements of this Section, your notice may not be valid. You may also contact this address for any other feedback, comments, requests for technical support, and other communications.

PROPER USE

You agree to use the WEBSITE according to all relevant laws and regulations. You won't upload, promote, sell, or share any CONTENT that's abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, offensive, or illegal. Also, you won't infringe on anyone else's intellectual property rights. Your SUBMISSIONS and CONTENT must follow the FABLES Content Policy, and you must use mature and adult content tags as per the FABLES TOS. If you violate any of these rules, we may immediately terminate your access. We reserve the right to monitor your CONTENT and remove anything we find inappropriate, but we're not obligated to do so nor are we responsible for such CONTENT.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY OF SERVICE

You agree that using the WEBSITE is at your own risk. FABLES and its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding the WEBSITE and your use of it. FABLES makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the WEBSITE, CONTENT or linked sites and is not liable for any errors, personal injury, unauthorized access, interruptions, viruses, or any loss or damage resulting from using the WEBSITE. FABLES doesn't endorse or take responsibility for any third-party products or services advertised on the WEBSITE or linked sites. Use caution and judgment when making transactions or decisions based on information from the WEBSITE and other linked sites.

In addition to the terms referenced in the TOS, these additional terms of Warranty and Liability apply to designs and CONTENT you upload to your publisher portal. As the owner of a design uploaded to the WEBSITE, you recognize that USERS accessing your CONTENT may have warranty rights under their local laws. Also, you are solely responsible for the specifications and performance of any content you upload to the WEBSITE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FABLES, its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable to you for any damages, including lost profits, resulting from errors in CONTENT, personal injury, unauthorized access to secure servers, interruptions in transmission, business interruptions, or any loss or damage from using WEBSITE. This condition applies regardless of whether FABLES was advised of the possibility of such damages and even if events are within or beyond FABLES' control. FABLES' maximum liability is limited to $100. The WEBSITE is operated from Canada, and FABLES makes no guarantees that it is suitable for use in other locations. USERS accessing the WEBSITE from elsewhere are responsible for compliance with local laws.

These TOS outline all responsibilities and liabilities regarding the WEBSITE. Except as expressly stated in these terms, we don't provide any warranties or other binding terms related to the WEBSITE, SUBMISSION, or CONTENT. Any implied warranties, conditions, or terms are explicitly excluded, including those regarding quality, fitness for purpose, and reasonable care and skill.

However, we won't limit or exclude our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, (ii) fraud, (iii) breaches of obligations under applicable national laws, or (iv) any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We won't be liable for loss of income, profits, contracts, or data, or for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, special, punitive, or consequential damages, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise. Our maximum liability under these terms, whether in negligence or otherwise, won't exceed the fees you paid us for using the WEBSITE.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

As a USERS and CREATORS, you may end the use of the WEBSITE or cancel these TOS any time by letting us know or by deleting your CONTENT and profile.

CREATORS may revoke their marketing permission at any time by contacting the FABLES representative who has made the deal with you in the first place, or by contacting the Community Liaison Officer at jay(at)fables(dot)pro.

If you remove your designs, SUBMISSIONS, and CONTENT from your publisher profile, and delete your account, you revoke all granted licenses under these TOS. This exception excludes any of the rights you granted FABLES to use images of your designs for marketing and promotional purposes for a reasonable period while we phase out existing materials as notified by you in writing. After this period elapsed from your notice, all rights will be revoked as intended.

FABLES can also stop the WEBSITE, end these TOS, or suspend or close your account at any time and for any reason. If your account is terminated, it will be disabled, and you may lose access to your files, SUBMISSIONS and/or CONTENT, though some information may still be stored in our system for historical and legal purposes.

INDEMNITY

You agree to protect, defend, and indemnify FABLES, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney's fees, resulting from:

• Your use of the WEBSITE;

• Violation of any of these TOS;

• Infringement of any third-party rights, such as copyright or privacy;

• Claims that your USERS and/or CREATORS SUBMISSIONS or CONTENT harmed a third party. This obligation remains even after these TOS end, and you stop using the WEBSITE.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

You confirm that you are either 18 years old or older, an emancipated minor, or have obtained legal consent from your parent or guardian. You affirm that you can understand and agree to the terms, conditions, and responsibilities outlined in these TOS, and will follow them accordingly. Additionally, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, as the WEBSITE is not suitable for children under this age. If you are under 13, please refrain from using the WEBSITE.

However, please note that the WEBSITE includes materials not suitable for individuals under 18, or the legal age in their jurisdiction ("Minors"). FABLES is not responsible for any consequences if Minors access such materials, even if they are marked as inappropriate in any way or form. If a Minor accesses mature or adult CONTENT, their access to the WEBSITE may be suspended without prior notice, at FABLES' discretion.

ASSIGNMENT

These TOS, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by FABLES without restrictions.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

FABLES may update these TOS periodically and will post any changes on our WEBSITE. We might also notify you through the WEBSITE or by email. So, it's a good idea to check the WEBSITE regularly to stay informed about any updates. Any transactions you make will be governed by the TOS in place at the time of the transaction. By using the WEBSITE, you agree to any modification to these Terms.

FABLES SERVICES

To use the FABLES services and WEBSITE:

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your area. If you're under 18, you can join with a parent or guardian's permission.

• As explained above, you can only use the WEBSITE for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You're granted limited access to view CONTENT on the WEBSITE, but you don't own any rights to it unless it's your own copyright material.

• You agree not to use the WEBSITE for public performances without written permission unless otherwise permitted by standard CONTENT policy use.

• You can only view CONTENT in locations where the WEBSITE is available and licensed.

• You understand that the WEBSITE and its CONTENT are regularly updated and may vary by location.

• You must follow all laws and rules when using the WEBSITE.

• You can't download, distribute, modify, or manipulate CONTENT from the WEBSITE without permission.

• You can't disrupt or damage the WEBSITE or its software.

• You understand that the quality of the CONTENT may vary depending on your device and internet connection.

• You're responsible for any internet access charges.

• You understand that the FABLES software is for authorized use only, and you may receive updates automatically.

CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We maintain the right to enhance, pause, or discontinue the WEBSITE as a whole or in parts as needed, with or without prior notice, and without incurring any liability to anyone. Additionally, we may refine your CONTENT, such as titles and descriptions, if necessary to align with these TOS. Certain services for Administration Support may be subject to charges based on our designated pricing structure available on WEBSITE when active, which is subject to change without notice. Any alterations in pricing will be communicated by updating the Service on the WEBSITE. Please understand that we aim to ensure the smooth operation of the Service, and any adjustments or discontinuations are made with this goal in mind. If, unfortunately, your account is terminated due to a breach of these TOS, we regret to inform you that no refunds or unpaid earnings related to the breach will be provided.

GENERAL TERMS

You agree that:

• The WEBSITE operates under the laws of Alberta and New Brunswick, Canada.

• The WEBSITE is considered passive and does not subject FABLES to jurisdiction outside of Alberta and New Brunswick.

• Any disputes between you and FABLES regarding the WEBSITE will be resolved through confidential arbitration in Edmonton, Alberta, following the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.

• FABLES may seek legal action in Alberta if there is a violation of intellectual property rights.

• These TOS, along with the Privacy Policy and other legal notices on the WEBSITE, constitute the entire agreement between you and FABLES.

• If any part of these TOS is found invalid, the remaining parts will still apply.

• FABLES can update these TOS at any time without notice, and your continued use of the WEBSITE indicates your acceptance of the changes.

• Any legal actions related to the WEBSITE must be initiated within one year of the issue arising.

CONFIRMATION OF INFORMATION

You confirm that: (a) all the information you provide to us for using the WEBSITE is accurate and up-to-date; and (b) you have the authority to agree to these TOS and fulfill your obligations under them.

PASSWORD & ACCOUNT ACCESS

The USERS who created the FABLES account has control over it and any FABLES-ready devices used to access the service. The USERS is responsible for all activity on the account. To keep the account secure, the USER should control access to the devices and not share their password. It's important to keep account information accurate and updated. We may suspend or terminate your account to prevent fraud, but we're not required to provide credit for any holds placed on the account.

CREATORS OWN ADVERTISEMENT

FABLES has created a monetizing program that allows CREATORS to be paid fairly for their work. CREATORS can choose to activate monetization on your CONTENT through FABLES' advertising program. FABLES advertising partners are approved by FABLES to run ads on the WEBSITE. In order for you to monetize your CONTENT, you must contact info(at)fables(dot)pro and ask to have monetization activated. FABLES will provide you with a USER ID along with all the necessary details such as payment schedules, procedures, etc.

As a CREATORS, you have three ad spots available to you on all of your Episode pages. A Skyscraper ad next to your Episode, the Center Square ad after your Episode, and the Leaderboard ad at the bottom of the site. You retain all revenue that comes from these ads once monetization is activated. This is done to ensure that you get paid fairly and receive as much as possible for your time and effort. FABLES can change the location or remove any ads on your page at its discretion or if there are changes in ad policies that we must comply with.

That said, please note that all ads on published episodes are automatically suspended until they reach a minimum of 5 views. This suspension is to allow the opportunity for the community to moderate the content and report any infractions. If any nudity, gore, or explicit adult-related content appears in the content within Fables, it must be reported. In the event an episode is reported, all ads will remain suspended until a Fables Administrator reviews the situation. This procedure ensures Fables and all of our Creators who participate in the monetization program aren't negatively affected by a few bad infractions.

If you don't want to monetize your CONTENT, you can use the ad spaces to promote other CONTENT, such as Kickstarter, Linktree, Ko-fi, an online store, etc., as long as it follows the TOS and as long as the WEBSITE allows it.

Please note that monetization is available for both Fables and FablesX.

FABLES ADVERTISEMENT

FABLES will run ads throughout the WEBSITE and alongside your CONTENT using the FABLES advertising Partners. The USERS is not entitled to any of the revenue earned from those ad spots. If you see any advertisement that is inappropriate in Fables General, please report them to our Community Liaison Officer at Jay (at) Fables (dot) pro.

Please note that ads run on FablesX may be sexually explicit in nature, therefore USERS beware.

TAX INFORMATION

It's up to CREATORS to figure out if you need to pay taxes on the money you receive from our monetization program and to make sure you collect, report, and pay the correct amount to the tax authority. FABLES isn't responsible for deciding if taxes apply to transactions or for handling any tax payments from our advertising partners to you.

FABLES won't provide tax documents to USERS and CREATORS. It's your responsibility to check the tax details with your State before using the monetization.

FABLES shall own all personal data processed through the WEBSITE, following the FABLES Privacy Policy. We're not required to share customer data unless mandated by law.

We recognize that your design source files are proprietary and confidential.
