This series opens with a question that instantly hooks you. It's just so philosophical.
Between relic hunters, reapers, mysterious magic, and a world that slowly reveals its secrets, this comic quickly pulled me in. It's the kind of story that makes you pause and go back a page just to catch the details you might have missed.
Check it out and let us know what you think. But also...
Discussion Question:
What if the thing you feared most in the world... was the only thing that could save you?
Would you take hold of it and never let go? Or would the fear be too much?
Hey everyone, long time no see! Life has been hectic but it’s finally settling down a bit and I just got a new episode scheduled for tomorrow so I hope you all look forward to it! I’m going to schedule more of them this weekend so we can finally get it all caught up!
This series grabbed my attention almost immediately. The amount of detail in the environments alone makes it easy to get pulled into the world, and fans of fantasy games might recognize the inspiration behind it.
What really stood out to me though is how quickly things go sideways once our heroine and her Companion step into the dungeon. What starts off feeling like a routine adventure suddenly becomes a much wilder ride than expected.
Check it out and let us know what you think. But also...
Today's discussion question:
What are your thoughts when a story takes place in an already established universe, like one from a video game?
Do you prefer completely original worlds, or do you enjoy seeing new stories unfold in familiar settings?
*rises from the absolute clustertruck that my life had turned into* HEY... I just started back working, what happened? well....meds were changed, depression still finds a way in... some games updated... adhd.... and next weekend i'm heading out of town but i plan to do some work while gone. i have two friends who will make me :D...
in reality, i dont write any script for my comic and i've been stuck on dialogue for HOW MANY MONTHS?!
