And ten seconds after I posted it, I realised it could be one of the Bystanders. Who I mentioned as background characters on page 2, disregarding my "No Spoilers" Rule before it properly started. Okay, sub-rule, the Bystanders are exempt from the "No Spoilers" Rule, simply because I can't think of anything major to say about them, even here.
