Well you are correct on the "Garrott" front but not on the "Security" front, it's hard to avoid spoilers when you are someone who read and re-read the classic several times.

I think you're making the mistake in thinking that 'Chief' is a name rather than a title/nickname.
And we have seen the name Garrott before, on c3 pg 15, Hnaef said he said a report back to 'Master Garrott' about the Wiglaf incident and on the next page Sedrick mentions 'Master Garrott' not getting involved 'unless his kids beg'.
His kids being Arthur and Mordred, as Garrott is their last name.

@ ShroudedTheCursedOne & IcyPheonix: I've read the original, I'm just making comments that actively avoid giving spoilers away. And having fun while doing so. I called the Security Guard "the previously-implied-to-be-an-airport-Security Guard" for a while, and felt like I could retire that joke a few pages ago. Now he's implied to be working for the Garrott's, as no one responded him being in the security room. Not Sedrick, Mimir, Hnaef, Arthur, or the tall guy who was playing video games in karki pants. But the joke went on long enough, so I said I'll just call him "Security". And this page, the very next page where I talked about him, I called him "that Security Guard who works for Mordred's Family".

And that's ignoring the fact that I commented that I was planning on posting spoiler-free comments on the new pages in the comments before you moved to Fables. And the fact that I occasionally commented on the comic before you moved to Fables.
