Okay, so fairly minor image error, you didn't draw Janus's rings on panel's 4 & 5. I know that's Janus's hand, because of the brown armguards & lack of fingerless gloves.
Now, Janus, the correct thing to do in a fight when pulling your opponent's head in is to strike said head. You've got Arthur by the hair with your right hand, pull him into a punch or an elbow with the left! Given the positioning of your arm in panel 3, I would suggest an uppercut. It's pretty much the only way to get your arm into a reasonable combat position from there.

ARTHUR! Close your Guard! Why are your arms wide open like you're inviting your sister into a hug! Don't freeze up in the middle of a fight! Your right hand is closer to them so that you have a chance to react to things, use it for SOMETHING! Deflect her arm, push at her head, do SOMETHING, because she's left herself more open to attack than you have!
You know what, there's actually a much better solution for you, Arthur. Go to basic self-defence classes. Learn how to fight unarmed, because there is no reason for your sister to have been able to grab your hair that easily unless you either panic-froze or you're sandbagging the fight because you're family. And if you are, Janus is as well, because there's no reason for her left arm to be that far back.

Painful, but fairly harmless in a vacuum. The most it can do on it's own is pull out some hair, which, again, while painful, but not overly harmful.
