The literal supervillain that orders around a guy who thought nothing about killing a whole bunch of people was a normal part of a boring reconnaissance mission is too nice? Actually, that makes sense, Janus was the one who let person run around committing wanton acts of murder, while Arthur wants the body-count kept down for the sake of the housekeeping staff.
