Driver... you were worried about her brother simply being nearby not that long ago. And now you want to try pulling her hair out right in front of him. I can't see that working out for you, and I don't know why the Security isn't pointing out how much danger you would be putting yourself into, and is instead egging you on.
...that said, setting her on fire IS more likely to have a chance to succeed. You'll get ahold of her hair for only a moment before Wiglaf stops you, after all, likely not even having enough time to pull out any of it.
