I worked in Graphic Design for many years, doing work for a lot of corporations. Because of that background I try to be careful about just putting actual corporate entities into my stories, instead opting for obvious references. "GooseGooseSearch" seems pretty obvious, for instance. As for "Sonic"... well... sonic is a word... I don't think they can ding me for that one.

350 years ago the world was shook by the first appearance of super humans and then an event that changed the face of the earth. Today, Suzanne Incirrina's bid to become a marine biologist is derailed when she develops the super power of octopus-like arms coming out of her back. Now, she'll be catapulted into the action and mystery of the super human world.
