Arix and Kvirja meet running from different problems; Kvirja from her wedding and Arix from angry Valkyries. Kvirja joins Arix and his dwarven friend Lytri on a quest to find an ancient artifact known as the Flower of Vanaheimr while trying to evade the forces of Nerthus.
