(I just saw page 420): Well, since the wish for the extinction of all life was attempted (by Trunky), I wish for an attempt to cause the extinction of all Genies (to be carried out by Trunky to equal success) in order to balance things out!

Rayah probably can´t do that, as she can´t destroy/counteract someone equal or stronger than her (like most other genies)
