Blue Water always seems to be cheery and carefree, and maybe just a little bit oblivious. She loves to have fun, and always tries to look on the bright side of things.
Blue cares greatly about others, and will always try to cheer up her friends when they are upset. She also, of course, does her best to keep the city safe from the bad guys and generally tries to make a happier world for everyone.
