Colossus Belga

Known by countless names across the planet, and possessing the sole honor of being named "The Emperor" by a generation of Fabricants since largely snuffed out, most of mankind know the walking skyscraper as Colossus Belga - merely the representation of the globe-spanning superstate, and the dreadful power it wields, consolidated into a form that can be crammed into a poster, ad, or television screen.

Though the Nemesis of Power is impatient of errors, he is also studious, and not one to immediately throw away his assets callously to temper. As a ruler, he prefers to remind his subordinates of their obligations to him before having to resort to fear, manipulation, mind games, or indeed, demonstrating just how sharp his knife "Cutthroat" can be. This privilege of amnesty is saved solely for his servants.

From satirical symbol of the world's many corporate elites before the times of the Cataclysm, to ironic badge of honor, then momentarily the hero of mankind after the world should have stopped burning, for nearly a century he has claimed to be the world's one and only master. Yet aware of his regime's flaws, and suspecting that a discontent and deracinated mankind would someday rebel, a single lightningcolt with glowing blood has remained the subject of his fixation for decades. And no one but him can seem to understand the meaning of this anomalous phosphorescence.

Had he a dub or voice actor, it would be Samuel Ramey; The Beast from Over The Garden Wall.
