Ceti

Ceti is a sassy little Dramster and the best Friend and Familiar of Kipper. He is always on Kipper's side and helps him with his magic show.

Ceti is not really a bad Dramster, but he enjoys Chaos and its exciting for him to solve problems caused by chaos. If a village get destroyed by fire or something else, he enjoys the show and then likes to be the Hero that solves this problem. While Kipper just enjoys it to make People happy with his shows, Ceti loves when bad things happen and he then can get to go on big adventures to play the hero. Its fun for him.

Not everyone can understand Ceti. Most people only hear him squeak while Kipper can understand him. Its normal for Kipper so he doesn't really think about the fact that others can't understand Ceti.
