Our group has met Sir Angsa the sawn knight and tell him about the current situation and the ongoing threat. Sir Angsa together with his squire decide to go to the Mages' Guild's observatory to check the situation there, while the rest proceeds to the cathedral to stop the insectoids from finding the mysterious "last key". That is after they have gone through some small arguing again.
