The general-governor count Brahera decides to hold a small award ceremony to reward the heroes in battle against the assassins before continuing the tourney. Sir Kiljaos with his herald Ydia and squire head downstairs to prepare for the ceremony. It also turns out he doesn't want to chat with the Elemental Council members after all despite seemingly wanting to earlier on page 73. The reason seems to be related to the mistakes that Kiljaos did during the war which led to him being expelled from the Knight Order of The Elementals, subsidiary of The Elemental Council.
