Zak the fox squire gets thanks for his heroic acts during the battle after all and despite his fumbling, most notably from his crush Princess Anima. Ydia the chanting goshawk bard on the other hand feels guilty she didn't spot the assassins earlier despite her excellent eye sight, which allowed the assassins kill few guards.
