The jousting tourney continues, and the fox Princess Anima proves that she's up to date with the rules of jousting by telling how the knights get scores. These rules are largely the same like in real life jousting, with exception of having a fourth joust if scores are even, and is my own addition taken from modern day sports.
Also in real life since late middle ages it hasn't been that common for the knights to get unhorsed in jousting, so scoring by breaking lances is more important in real life jousting.
Also this scene is loosely inspired by a similar scene in a movie A Knight's Tale (Columbia Pictures, 2001), one of my favorite movies and sources of inspiration for this story arc.
