There are a few. Most of them are like 'The Devil is a Part-Timer!' or, if you're loose with your def of isekai, angels/demons/gods living in the real world. Technically, I feel like 'Isekai Ojisan' is a reverse... but that's because he spent most of his life in the other world. But a true, fantasy fish out of water isekai? that is really rare!
