Battle Ball is an underground, tag-team sport (and the namesake of the story) that involves striking out the other opponent(s) in an intense high-speed volley!. This one-shot is a standalone story that is meant to be a "test pilot episode" or a proof of concept. There are some things I like and things I don't with this one-shot so it was a good exercise of skill and a good learning experience.
